Repper is developed to work on a wide range of computers: desktops, laptops and tablets. Below you will find information and tips handy in case you have trouble running Repper on your device.

Desktop requirements

Web browser

Supported browsers

• Safari (MacOS): 12.0 and above
• Chrome: We recommend always using the latest stable version
• Firefox: We recommend always using the latest stable version
• Microsoft Edge: Version 79 and above (released January 2020)

Unsupported browsers

• Internet Explorer (Windows): No longer developed by Microsoft and cannot run Repper.
• Microsoft Edge (pre 2020): Previous versions of Edge that are not based on Chromium cannot run Repper.

I cannot update my browser

If you run an older operating system, your web browser of choice may not be able to update to the latest version. For example, MacOS Sierra (10.12) or below cannot update to the required version of Safari.

If you run into this problem, try running Repper in the latest version of one of the other browsers.

Hardware

Repper runs smoothly on most computers and laptops. Still, generating high quality patterns in real time is demanding and performance will depend on a number of factors.
