So you ran into a problem with Repper? Dang! 😣 Don't worry, most issues are easily enough to resolve, and we are always happy help you.

Here are a few things you can try right away. If not solve your problem right away, they will provide us with valuable information about the issue if you contact us.

1. Restart things

Sometimes software can just have a little hiccup. This would be the first thing to try:

• Restart the app (close the browser tab and reopen)
• Restart your browser (not just the window, but the entire browser app)
• Restart your computer

2. Try a different browser

If none of the restarts help, the problem may be something with the browser you are using:

• Open Repper in another browser than the one you are currently using
• We recommend the latest version of Chrome or Firefox

Even if using a different browser to run Repper wouldn't be a longterm solution for you, it is still handy to figure out if the problem is browser-related. Plus, if you don't have the problem in a different browser, you now have a workaround while we figure out what's going on.

<aside> ❗ Always make sure you are running the latest official version of your web browser. Older browsers or outdated versions may not support Repper. Internet Explorer is a definite no-no 🤓

3. Try on a different computer

It is possible there is something about the software or hardware of your computer, that's makes Repper trip up. You can easily check this if you have another computer nearby.

When you open Repper on another computer, make sure you are using the latest version of the browser (again, we recommend Chrome or Firefox).
